Scottsdale Arts Festival
Volunteer Application


Location
 The Scottsdale Arts Festival takes place on the Scottsdale Civic Center Mall, located in Old Town Scottsdale, adjacent to the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts.

More than 300 Volunteers are needed in the following areas:

Admissions
Be the first to greet Festival guests. Volunteers need a smiling face and friendly attitude to collect admission fees, distribute Festival programs, answer questions and make guests feel welcome.

Retail and Information Booth
Pass out maps, sell Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts tee-shirts, posters and hats.

Beverage Booths
Volunteers who enjoy a fast-paced environment are needed to sell food, lemonade, soft drinks and alcohol. Must enjoy working with the public and be at least 19 years of age, if serving alcohol.

Imagine Nation (Kid's Area)
Volunteers who like to make kids smile are needed here. This area features interactive art activities for children and families. We need your help to staff activity stations and ensure kids have a great time.

Online Art Auction
Do you buy or sell items through online auctions? Volunteers who are knowledgeable about online auctions assist guests in bidding for a work of art, graciously donated by our Festival artists. Volunteers work with guests to select a work of art, sign up for the auction and bid at computer terminals set up at the Festival Auction headquarters.

Waiver
I agree to complete the Volunteer shift(s) that I have been assigned. I hereby waive, release and forever discharge (on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs and personal representatives) any and all rights of claims I may now or hereafter have against the Scottsdale Cultural Council and/or the City of Scottsdale. I consent to all emergency medical treatment as may be deemed appropriate under existing circumstances by medical personnel as necessary. I understand that if I am under 18 years old, I must have a consent form signed by a parent/guardian to participate.
